History, growth, track record and experience we gained.
Since 2019, UBsolar has provided comprehensive services for investors and asset owners in the solar energy sector, specializing in high-quality PV construction, O&M, and technical consulting.
The company was founded by Mindaugas Ubartas, who brings over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, having led companies such as Tele2 and Telia in Lithuania, Estonia, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan. Today, UBsolar is a privately owned company, held by three active partners involved in both strategy and daily operations.
With a team of over 420 employees across Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Germany, and Ireland, we deliver reliable, high-quality solar solutions. By the end of 2025, we aim to reach 600+ MW of installed solar capacity across diverse surfaces and environments.
